Bob Robbins is the Service Manager for Ray Schultens Motors. His life of expireance is more valuable to the customer because he knows what makes the new vehicles tick. He has the expertes to hire qualified mechanics along with making sure his shop has the state of the art equipment to correct any problems that might arise. He knows how the factory works and has their confidence so that they allow him to make some of the warranty calls for them.
